- A little about me and why I started this blog. I am a 46 year old woman who has found my way out of the labyrinth of fibromyalgia using holistic ways. What was available through medical doctors did not resonate with me. With this blog I hope to share what I have tried, what has worked for me and what has not worked for me. I believe the 3 E's are taken from either the Daily Groove Website... Or else probably the functional aspect of the Sonrise Program: as a reminder for all of those working with kid's challenging autism, while in their play (work) rooms.
Thank you for sharing that info. I found it on a slideshow with wonderful photos and insprational sayings. It spoke to me, so I thought I'd share it.
