Meditation is such a healing way to start the day and/or end the day. It can be hard to meditate at first as your mind jumps around, but I promise as you meditate more it does get easier. When you have a thought simply acknowledge the thought and focus back on your breathing. Breathing is a good way to quiet your monkey mind of thoughts. Another option is to use guided meditation. I use both ways and I know I am better for this practice.
